phosita: one of the best [IP] blogs on the net

Managing Intellectual Property (free subscription required) has named PHOSITA as one of the top ten IP blogs on the net.  Of course, we are deeply honored and appreciative of such a moniker – especially considering the quality and scholarship of the other awardees.

The 9 other blogs (in no particular order) are:  Invent Blog, IP Updates, TTABlog, Lessig Blog, Eliopoulos IP Law, IPKat, IP Litigation, AUTSMBM, and The Trademark Blog. Each is well worth the read – fire up your RSS reader and get all your IP news in one place everyday!

We are approaching our first year anniversary and, in the spirit of celebration, we will have a post on the 14th detailing some of our experiences (good & bad) one year into this project.

Congratulation also go out to Stephen Nipper and The Invent Blog.  The Invent Blog, in addition to being a Top Ten blog, celebrated its one year anniversary last week!
