From the Jamaica Gleaner: "Nobody will swing from the gallows, but be prepared for hefty fines and even gaol time as intellectual property pirates get targeted, says Phillip Paulwell, Minister of Commerce, Science and Technology. The laws on the books and resources devoted to enforcing them have reduced computer software piracy in Jamaica, but the illegal activity is still rampant, says attorney Stacey Mitchell."
